You’re a smart business leader. You have a plan for your business. You have a direction. You may even have written core values, core focus, marketing strategies, plans, budgets and goals. You’ve done the hard planning work and it’s paying off in ways you couldn’t have imagined when you started.
But what about your family? What’s the plan for your family? Where is it going? What are the most important things you are trying to accomplish with the people you care most about? What are your family values? What are your shared aspirations, hopes, dreams and desires? Are you and your significant other on the same page with where you are going and how you are going to get there? How can you become a better leader of your family today and produce drastically better results tomorrow?
In this highly interactive session, you’ll work through Entrepreneurial Operating System® tools for your family. Certified EOS implementer, Rod Whitson, will walk us through the EOS Life tools, the EOS Family Plan and the EOS Personal Plan. You’ll walk away with a working draft of your family’s core values, passions, 10-year target, lifetime wish list, 3-year picture, 1-year plan, rocks and issues list. Bottom line: you’ll have a clear direction and action plan for your family, and more important, the life you want to create for those people you value the most.
